Tykev plněná kuřecím masem a zeleninou
Ingredience
2
menší tykve, sůl, 4 lžičky rýžového nebo bílého vína, 50 g sušených
hub, 400 g kuřecího masa, 5 vajec, čtvrt šálku hrášku, 1 lžička sójové
omáčky, 2 lžičky cukru.
Příprava
Houby a kuře nadrobno
pokrájíme. Tykev oloupeme a seřízneme jí vršek. Omyjeme ji, vyjmeme
jádra, posypeme solí a zalijeme dvěma lžičkami vína. Dáme ji do pařáku
a ve středně teplé páře necháme asi sedm až osm minut. Mezitím smísíme
houby s kuřecím masem, hráškem, našlehanými vejci, přidáme sůl, cukr,
sójovou omáčku a zbylé víno a touto směsí tykev naplníme. Dáme opět do
pařáku a ve středně horké páře necháme asi 30 minut. Pozor, aby nebyla
tykev příliš měkká ? mohla by se rozpadnout. Tykev vyjmeme z pařáku a
před servírováním nakrájíme na čtvrtiny.
